En las asociaciones de críticos estadounidenses los films más reconocidos han sido "Todo a la vez en todas partes" y "Almas en pena de Insiherin" mientras que TAR ha logrado la triple distinción en la crítica de Nueva York, Los Ángeles y la National society of film critics. Tras las fiestas navideñas empieza una semana intensa en la temporada de premios. Mañana día 10 a partir de las 02:00am hora española se celebra la gala de entrega de los premios de la Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera en Hollywood que volverá a ser retransmitida por TV y algunas estrellas acudirán al evento después de la crisis de estos premios.
Cabe recordar que el año pasado los films más premiados fueron "El poder del perro·" y "West side story". En esta octagésima edición los títulos más nominados son "Almas en pena de Inisherin" con ocho nominaciones y "Todo a la vez en todas partes" con seis que pueden ser los más premiados.
En las categorías principales, como mejor largometraje dramático parece el favorito "Los Fabelman" pero si en su año ganó "Bohemian rhapsody" también podría hacerlo "Elvis", mientras que como mejor largometraje de comedia o musical el preferido es el dirigido por Martin McDonagh. Como mejor dirección tiene más opciones de ser premiado Steven Spielberg pero estaría bien que ganara Baz Luhrmann, y como mejor guion es probable que sea reconocido el de "Almas en pena de Inisherin",
Por lo que respecta a los apartados interpretativos, en los masculinos principales, como mejor actor dramático destacan Austin Butler y Brendan Fraser aunque este no asista a la ceremonia, y como mejor actor en comedia o musical sobresale Colin Farrell. En los apartados femeninos principales, como mejor actriz dramática parece que la gran favorita es Cate Blanchett y como mejor actriz cómica Michelle Yeoh. Como mejores intérpretes secundarios, creo que tienen opciones de ser premiados Brendan Gleeson y Jamie Lee Curtis aunque los preferidos de la crítica son Ke Huy Quan y Kerry Condon.
Sobre los apartados musicales, como mejor banda sonora original es posible que gane la compuesta por Justin Hurwitz por "Babylon" y así el film no se iría de vacío y como mejor canción original puede ser premiada "Lift me up" o "Hold my hand".
Además, en cuanto a otras categorías importantes, como mejor largometraje animado destaca "Pinocho de Guillermo del Toro" y como mejor film extranjero los votantes pueden decantarse por el indio "RRR" si bien hay que tener en cuenta el alemán "Sin novedad en el frente".

En el ámbito televisivo, hay que apuntar que en la edición anterior las series más premiadas fueron "Succession" y "Hacks". Este año el título más nominado es "Colegio Abbott" y podría ser el que obtenga más premios.
Primeramente, en las categorías dramáticas, como mejor serie me gustaría que ganara la quinta temporada de "The Crown" pero no ha sido tan bien recibida como las anteriores, los Globos de Oro acostumbran a reconocer novedades en series y puede ser premiada "Separación". Como mejores intérpretes destacan Bob Odenkirk que por fin podría ser premiado en la última temporada de "Better call Saul" y Adam Scott, así como Zendaya y mi favorita Imelda Staunton.
En segundo lugar, en los apartados cómicos, como mejor serie una de las favoritas es "Colegio Abbott" aunque hay que tener en cuenta "The bear". Como mejores protagonistas sobresalen Jeremy Allen White y Quinta Brunson, ya que Jean Smart fue premiada el año pasado.
En tercer término, en las categorías de miniseries o telefilms, mi producción favorita es "Monstruo: la historia de Jeffrey Dahmer" si bien tiene opciones de ganar la segunda entrega de "The white lotus". Como mejores intérpretes principales parece que los preferidos son Evan Peters y Amanda Seyfried que ya ganó el premio Emmy.
Además, como mejores secundarios en series es posible que estén mejor posicionados John Turturro y Sheryl Lee Ralph aunque hay candidatos como Jonathan Pryce y Elizabeth Debicki.
Para terminar, como mejores secundarios en miniseries opto por F. Murray Abraham si bien está en las quinielas Paul Walter Hauser y es probable que gane Jennifer Coolidge que ya obtuvo el Emmy por la primera entrega de "The white lotus".
