- Predicción ganadores premios DGA 2018:

El día 3 de febrero se entregan varios galardones. Uno de ellos es el que faltaba de los sindicatos de Hollywood, el de los directores. Estos premios nacieron en 1949 y a lo largo de su historia han sido premiados directores como Fred Zinnemann por "De aquí a la eternidad", David Lean por "Lawrence de Arabia", Francis Ford Coppola por "El padrino", Milos Forman por "Amadeus", James Cameron por "Titanic", Kathryn Bigelow por "En tierra hostil" y Damien Chazelle el año pasado. 

En la presente edición, parece que el favorito es Guillermo del Toro por "La forma del agua" pero estaría bien premiar a Christopher Nolan por "Dunkerque". Como mejor director novel destaca Jordan Peele por la exitosa "Déjame salir" aunque las otras películas candidatas también son buenas. Por su parte, como mejor director de documentales tiene opciones Bruan Fogel por "Icarus" o Ken Burns y Lynn Novick por "The Vietnam War".

En la categoría de series de televisión, las ganadoras de los Globos de oro "El cuento de la criada", "The marvelous Mrs. Maisel" y "Big little lies" pueden ganar estos premios pero también tienen posibilidades los directores de "Stranger things" o "Master of none".
