Cabe señalar que se han anunciado los ganadores de la segunda edición de los premios de la sociedad de Compositores y Letristas. Este año Trent Reznor y Atticus Ross lograron tres nominaciones. Precisamente estos han sido los premiados junto con Jon Batiste como mejor música en un largometraje de estudio por "Soul".
Por su parte, como mejor música en film independiente la galardonada ha sido la banda sonora de la película letonia "Blizzard of souls".
Como mejor canción la ganadora ha sido "Husavik" por la película "Festival de la canción de Eurovision: la historia de Fire saga".
Para acabar, como mejor mújsica para televisión ha ganado la de la miniserie "Gambito de dama".
