Predicción ganadores Asociación críticos de Washington:

Esta semana se han conocido que la sociedad de críticos de Phoenix ha reconocido al film "Nomadland", los premios Feroz han premiado a "Las niñas" en cine y "Antidisturbios" en TV y "Soul" y "Wolfwalkers" son los títulos más nominados de los premios Annie de animación. 

 

Este viernes día 5 de marzo se darán a conocer los ganadores de la Asociación de críticos de Washington, anteriormente la Asociación de Críticos Online de Los Angeles, uno de los premios de la crítica más extensos de la temporada. En la edición anterior el film "1917" fue el más premiado. 

 

En la presente edición "Una joven prometedora" lidera con nueve nominaciones. Considero que siguiendo la tónica general en los premios de la crítica "Nomadland" puede imponerse en los apartados principales de mejor largometraje, directora y guion adaptado, mientras que como mejor dirección opto por David Fincher y como mejor guion original el de "Una joven prometedora". Creo que además del film de Chloe Zhao, pueden obtener más de un premio "Mank", "Tenet", "Una joven prometedora" y "Soul". 

Por lo que respecta a las categorías de actuación tienen opciones de ser premiados Riz Ahmed, Carey Mulligan, Daniel Kaluuya y Amanda Seyfried aunque hay que tener en cuenta nombres como Chadwick Boseman, Frances McDormand, Yuh-Jung Youn y Paul Raci. Como mejor reparto una buena opción es premiar el de "El juicio de los 7 de Chicago". 

 

En cuanto a apartados técnicos, pueden repartirse entre varios títulos como, por ejemplo, "Mank" en diseño de producción y maquillaje o "La madre del blues" en diseño de vestuario. 

 

Sobre otras categorías destacadas, "Minari" tiene posibilidades de ganar como mejor largometraje independiente por encima de "First cow", "Time" ser premiado como mejor documental si bien está "Dick Johnson is dead" y el film danés "Otra ronda" como mejor largometraje extranjero aunque también sobresale el brasileño "Bacurau". Seguidamente, como mejor película de animación la favorita es "Soul" aunque merece el premio "Wolfwalkers", como mejor film de terror opto por "El hombre invisible" aunque también figura "Casa ajena" y como mejor largometraje de acción sobresale "Tenet" por encima de "La vieja guardia". Además, como mejor comedia debería de ganar "Palm springs" si bien está "on the rocks", como mejor ópera prima estaría bien que fuera premiada "Una joven prometedora" aunque está "one night in Miami" y como mejor blockbuster "Tenet" por encima de "Wonder woman 1984", así como mejores especialistas.
