Predicción ganadores SATELLITE AWARDS 2014:

Los Satellite  Awards son unos premios que otorga la International Press Academy a lo mejor de este año 2014. Son uno de esos galardones que pueden dar algunas pistas de lo que puede pasar luego en los más célebres Globos de Oro y en los Oscar. El año pasado triunfaron en los Satellite la oscarizada "12 años de esclavitud", los actores McConaughey, Blanchett y Leto, que luego se alzaron con el Oscar y "Gravity", que fue la que se llevó más estatuillas doradas. En televisión fueron distinguidas "Breaking bad" y "Orange is the new black". También, los Satellite intentan premiar aquellas excelentes producciones que después no consiguen otros premios importantes como el Odcar, como los films "El viento se levanta" en animación, el documental "Blackfush", la película belga "Alabama Monroe" o la actriz June Squibb.

A la espera de lo que suceda en las próximas semanas con más entregas, este año parece como seria opción destacar en la categoría de cine las películas "Birdman" o "Boyhood" y algunos de sus actores. Es curioso que uno de los films como los mejores en habla no inglesa en las quinielas, "Mommy", no está presente en las nominaciones a los Globos de Oro pero sí en los Satellite y podría dar una grata sorpresa. 

En cuanto a las producciones televisivas, pueden resultar vencedoras el drama "True detective", que es de los mejor del año, la nueva comedia "Transparent", o "Orange is the new black" y la miniserie "Olive Kitteridge", todas ellas con grandes interpretaciones que pueden obtener premio.
