Después de conocer que el film "After love" ha triunfado en los premios BIFA, ayer martes día 7 de diciembre se anunciaron los ganadores de los premios People choice. En anteriores ediciones fueron premiados títulos como "Buscando a Dory" y "Vengadores: infinity war".
Este año el largometraje "Viuda negra" se ha llevado dos premios correspondientes a mejor película, teniendo en cuenta que estaban nominados títulos como "Dune" y "Sin tiempo para morir", y estrella femenina para Scarlett Johansson aunque su compañera Florence Pugh también era candidata.
En categorías de mejor film por géneros, en comedia ha ganado "Free guy" por encima de otras como "Jungle cruise", en película de acción ha sido reconocida "Shang Chi y la leyenda de los diez anillos" (que también ha obtenido dos premios) por delante de blockbusters como "Viuda negra" y "Sin tiempo para morir", en drama ha sido premiado "Cruella" de manera sorprendente teniendo en cuenta nominados como "Un lugar tranquilo 2", "Tiempo" y "Dune", y en película familiar ha sido reconocida "Luca" si bien había otros títulos de animación como "Vivo" y "Raya y el último dragón".
Cabe señalar que el actor Dwayne Johnson se ha llevado dos premios a mejor estrella masculina por encima de actores como Daniel Craig y mejor estrella cómica en vez de Ryan Reynold, por ejemplo.
Además, como mejor estrella dramática ha sido recononocido el actor Kevin Hart por "Ser padre" teniendo en cuenta que había actrices como Emma Stone y Jennifer Hudson y, por último, como mejor estrella ha ganado Simu Liu a pesar de haber nombres como Craig y Johansson.
